I cannot delete my page: "part of an active funnel"
When deleting a page, the message "The page cannot be deleted. Remove the funnels that are connected to it and try again." means a funnel still listed under My Funnels uses that page in a card. Open that funnel, use Remove Page on the card, then delete the page again.
Role: you need edit access to the funnel and to the workspace pages. See permissions by role.
If you have no funnels in your account
If My Funnels is empty (or you already deleted the funnel that used the page), try deleting the page again. Funnels you already deleted no longer block page deletion. If the message persists, a funnel that still exists is using the page — follow the steps below.
Remove the page from the funnel
- Open My Funnels and enter the funnel that uses the page.
- Find the page card in the builder.
- Open the card's action menu and click Remove Page.
- Confirm with Remove Page. That card's connections are lost — this action cannot be undone.
- Repeat for any other funnel using the same page.
- Go back to the pages list and delete the page.
A page is a workspace item: removing it from a funnel does not delete the page, and deleting the whole funnel also frees the page for deletion.
I don't know which funnel is using the page
Open the funnels under My Funnels and look for a card with the page name in the builder. Only funnels shown in that list can block the deletion — deleted funnels cannot.
