Traffic
Traffic brings together what you spend on ad platforms and what happens on the Clickmax side — visits, contacts and sales — to answer which campaign actually pays for itself.
Role and availability
- Traffic shows up in the menu for whoever reaches the Create area — the same access as the people who publish funnels and pages, which are where the ads point. Roles with the marketing menu hidden do not see the area; see Roles and permissions.
- Connecting an account also requires the person authorizing it to have access to that ad account on the platform itself.
- The area is still rolling out. If the Traffic menu does not show up for you, contact support.
What to do here
- Ads — the dashboard with spend by campaign, by funnel and the daily Scorecard. On the By Campaign tab, name search, filters and pagination — see How do I find a specific campaign in the Ads dashboard?.
- Accounts — the ad accounts feeding that dashboard: who authorized them, when access expires and what has been imported. On each account's details, Sync now and that account's own audit — see How do I sync or review a single ad account?.
- Audit — the outcome of each sync, with filters by account and platform, the connection history and which reports the imported data already supports — see How do I know my ad data is up to date?.
- How do I connect my ad account to Clickmax? — connecting Meta Ads and Google Ads, choosing which accounts to sync, and reconnecting when access drops.
- Why does my campaign show "No funnel identified"? — how the funnel is read from the ad link and how to tag the link so sales are credited to the campaign.
