Workspace member profile
In Settings → Members, click a person’s card to open their profile. It brings together, on one page, how the person is working and what they can do — no need to search each area of the product.
Before you start: the profile is visible to whoever sees the Members screen, that is, Owner and Administrator. Numbers count only this workspace, even if the person works in others.
The header
At the top are the photo, the status (Active, Pending invite or Deactivated), the access (Administrator or the roles), email, phone, how long the person has been in the workspace, last access and who sent the invite. The Portfolio strip repeats the card numbers: leads, open opportunities and activities in the last 8 weeks.
The Edit access button opens the Access and security tab, and the three-dot menu has the same actions as the card in the list.
The period selector
To the right of the tabs, choose 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. It changes what "in the period" means in the Portfolio (won and lost), Support, Schedule and Activity tabs. The tab and period are kept in the page address, so you can send someone a link to a specific tab.
What each tab shows
Overdue activities
In Overview, the Overdue activities number counts the person's tasks and meetings that are past due and not completed. When there are any, the panel right below lists each one, oldest first, with how many days it is late. Click a row to open the task or meeting and handle it right there.
The rule is the same as the Overdue shortcut on the Activities screen: an all-day task only becomes overdue when the day ends, and a meeting becomes overdue when its end time passes and it is still open.
In Portfolio, the numbers and bars also open the list behind them (the 6 won, the 4 hot opportunities, the portfolio leads), and each item opens the detail panel. Each opportunity's origin shows translated.
In Activity, each action has shortcuts to what it involves (View task, View appointment, View conversation, View opportunity, View lead), and the title opens the most specific one. The most frequent action types also open the list of actions of that type.
Everything listed in the tabs opens the same panel as the rest of Clickmax: an opportunity opens the opportunity panel (a task opens right on it), a conversation opens the contact panel and an appointment opens the meeting in the opportunity panel (or the appointment details, when it is not linked to an opportunity).
Why some panels are empty
- Portfolio and Schedule only have content for people who work in the CRM. For someone who never received an opportunity or appointment, the profile says so instead of showing zeros.
- Creations does not list automations, pages and funnels: those items do not record who created them yet. To see what exists, open each area.
- When the portfolio or conversations are very large, panels show the most recent ones and say "Showing N of M". The full list remains in the CRM and the inbox.
