      The Products hub is where you register what you are going to sell, build offers (what appears at the checkout), create discount coupons and split commission with coproducers.

      Role: the Products area appears for the Owner, Admin, Editor and Collaborator roles. Finance, Attendant and Guest do not see the section. If the area will not open, see no permission.

      How the pieces fit together

      A product is the item you sell. Each product has one or more offers: it is the offer — with its price, currency and payment type — that appears at the checkout. A buyer never buys the product directly; they buy one of its offers.

      On top of offers you build two selling levers:

      • Coupons apply a discount, by percentage or a fixed amount, with usage limits and a validity period. See discount coupons.
      • Coproductions split the sale's commission with partners who also produced the content. See coproduction commissions.

      Offers can be charged once or on a recurring basis. See subscription offer.

      • Seller registration — set up who receives the money from sales.
      • Affiliates — sell with the help of affiliates.
      • Shared packages — hand a ready-made structure to affiliates.

      If it didn't work

      • An error saving a product, offer or coupon: see the error codes (Portuguese).
      • The product or checkout image will not upload: it is probably over the allowed size — see the upload limits (Portuguese).
