      • How do I share my webinar link?

      Open the Sessões (sessions) tab, click the session and use Copiar link (copy link). Whoever opens that link lands right on that session.

      Role: any member with access to the workspace.

      Before you start

      • The webinar must be Publicado (published) for the link to work for attendees. In Rascunho (draft) the link exists, but the room will not accept registrations.

      Copy and test

      1. Open the webinar and go to the Sessões tab.
      2. Click the session you want.
      3. Click Copiar link.
      4. To see what an attendee sees, click Abrir sala (open room) — it opens in a new tab.

      The link carries the session with it: whoever opens it lands on that date, even if other sessions are scheduled.

      With Just in time on

      Each registrant gets their own session, so there is no per-date link. Use the room link in the Just in time ativo notice at the top of the Sessões tab: click Copiar link (or Abrir sala to check it).

      Letting people in without registering

      By default an attendee fills in the registration form before entering. To leave the room open:

      1. Go to Configurações → Início step.
      2. Under Acesso e sincronização, tick Acesso facilitado (participante entra sem login).
      3. Save.

      With that on, anyone opening the link walks straight in. It applies to the whole webinar, not per session.

      Worth knowing the trade-off: with no registration, Clickmax does not know who the person is. They do not become a contact and do not enter the webinar automations — see How do I react automatically to what a viewer does in the webinar?.

      Synced video or from the start for each person

      In the Início step, under Acesso e sincronização, the Sincronizar o vídeo com o horário de início option decides where the video starts for people who arrive late:

      • On: everyone sees the same point of the video. Someone who joins 15 minutes after the start lands on minute 15.
      • Off: each person watches from the beginning, starting when they joined. The scripted chat, offers, audience counter and sale notifications follow their video. If they reload the page, they continue where they would be instead of going back to zero.
