  • How to see a traffic report for my pages

Go to Contacts → Visitors and open the Analytics tab. While the Visitors tab lists one person per row, the Analytics tab adds everything up: how many people arrived, where they came from, what they saw and how many became contacts — in cards and charts, without opening a single row.

    Before you start

    • A workspace role with CRM access.
    • Your pages need tracking enabled. With no visits recorded, the charts come up empty.
    • Numbers such as "contacts generated" only count people who identified themselves (submitted a form, started a checkout or something equivalent).

    Step by step

    1. Go to Contacts and click Visitors.
    2. Click the Analytics tab.
    3. Pick the Period: last 7, 30, 90 or 180 days. The default is 30 days.
    4. Optionally use the Project filter to see only that project's traffic. Type to search by name — the list loads more options as you scroll.
    5. Read top to bottom: summary cards first, then traffic per day, then the breakdowns by source, content and audience.

The period and project apply to the whole tab: every card and chart answers about the same slice.

    The summary cards

    CardWhat it means
VisitorsDistinct people active in the period
New visitorsPeople whose first visit fell inside the period
Returning visitorsPeople who had already visited before the period
SessionsVisits started in the period — the same person may have several
Contacts generatedVisitors in the period who have identified themselves
Conversion rateContacts generated over total visitors
Page viewsHow many times a page was loaded
    Form submissionsRecorded form submissions
Tracked actionsEverything tracking captured: page views, clicks, submissions, purchases
Sessions per visitorAverage visits per person
Average session lengthFrom the first to the last signal of each visit
Engaged time per sessionOnly the time with the tab actually in front — that is why it is shorter than the length
Bounce rateVisits that stayed on a single page, over the visits with any action
Average scrollHow far down people went on the pages

    Traffic per day

The chart shows three lines — visitors, sessions and contacts — one point per day. Days with no traffic show as zero instead of disappearing, so a drop stays visible instead of turning into a misleading straight line.

Days, hours and weekdays use your computer's time zone.

    Where the traffic came from

    BlockWhat it answers
Sessions by channelHow many visits came from each channel (Google, Instagram, Direct…)
Conversion by channelHow many visitors from each channel became contacts, best to worst
Sources, Mediums and CampaignsThe utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign values that brought the most visits
Referring sitesThe third-party addresses that sent the most people
Landing pagesWhich address each visit started from
    ProjectsWhich projects concentrated the visits

Each block shows the top ten rows and, next to the session count, how many people or contacts that row produced.

Here the channel belongs to the visit, not to the visitor: if someone arrived via Instagram and came back via Google, both visits show up, each under its own channel. That differs from the Visitors tab, where the Channel column always shows the person's first visit. The classification rules are the same — see How to see where your page visitors came from.

    What people saw and did

    BlockWhat it answers
Most viewed pagesThe pages with the most loads, and how many distinct people saw them
Most visited funnelsThe funnels with the most records in the period
Most engaged formsThe forms that received the most views and submissions
Most tracked actionsThe ranking of action types: viewed the page, submitted the form, purchased…

    Who the people are

The Devices, Browsers and Operating systems blocks split visitors by the device of their most recent access. When the device cannot be identified, the person falls under Unknown, so the total still matches the visitors card.

Visits by hour of day and Visits by day of week show when visits start, in your time zone. Useful for picking the time of a broadcast or a post.

    Current limits

    • The maximum period is 180 days. Longer requests are trimmed to the last 180 days.
    • Each source and content block shows at most ten rows.
    • Browsers and operating systems cover the most common devices in the period; the rare tail falls under Unknown.
    • Exporting the charts is not available yet.
