  • How do I export the activity history as CSV?

On the Activities screen, apply the filters you want and click Export CSV. The file is generated in the background and the download shows up under Bulk actions.

Anyone with access to the Activities screen can export. The file holds every activity in the workspace that matches the filters — contact and opportunity activities alike —, one per row, newest first.

    Step by step

    1. Open Contacts and go to Activities.
    2. Apply the filters you need under Filters (event type, period, offer, page, funnel, product, tag, message, pipeline, flow). With no filter, the file carries the whole workspace history.
    3. Click Export CSV.
    4. Check the total in {n} activities will be exported and click Export.
    5. Follow the progress in the background tasks notification. Once done, open Bulk actions and download atividades.csv.

For a large base, use the Period filter: the total shown in the dialog is the number of rows the file will have.

    What the file contains

Column headers are always in Portuguese so the file opens the same way in a spreadsheet or BI tool regardless of the interface language. Only the Atividade column follows the language of whoever exported.

    ColumnWhat it carries
    IDActivity identifier
DataWhen it happened, in UTC (ISO 8601)
CategoriaActivity group: Lead, Tag, Email, Chat, Checkout, PageView, Cart, PaymentFailedOrExpired, MemberArea or Opportunity
AtividadeReadable name, the same shown in the timeline (e.g. "Opportunity moved", "Tag applied")
EventoTechnical event name (e.g. crm.tag.lead.apply.v1), handy for spreadsheet filters
Origem da açãoUsuário (user), Sistema (system) or Automação (automation)
Autor / ID do autorAttendant who performed the action, when a person was involved
ID do contatoContact identifier — the same ID column of the contacts export, to join both files
Nome, E-mail e Telefone do contatoCurrent contact data
ID da empresa / EmpresaLinked company, when any
ID da oportunidade / OportunidadeOpportunity card and its title, for opportunity activities
ID do pipeline / PipelinePipeline of the card
EtapaStage mentioned by the activity (on a move, the destination stage)
ValorAmount in BRL with a decimal point (purchase, offer or opportunity)
DetalhesActivity context as text: from/to stage, previous and new responsible, won/lost outcome and loss reason, changed fields, message text, conversation summary, page URL, UTMs
ID and name of funnel, page, product, offer, tag, message and flowEntity involved, with the name it had at the time of the activity
ID da tarefa, transação, assinatura e compradorIdentifiers to join with other exports
Área de membros, Curso, Módulo, AulaMembers-area entities, for access and completion activities
Meta (JSON)Everything stored on the activity, as JSON, for fields that did not become a column

Empty columns come out as -.

    If it did not work

    • The Export button is disabled: the current filters return no activity. Widen the period or remove filters.
    • The export takes long: it depends on the number of rows. Keep the tab open or come back later under Bulk actions — the file stays there.
    • The activity name came out in another language: the Atividade column uses the interface language at export time. Switch the language and export again.
