      • Affiliates

      An affiliate promotes someone else's product and earns commission on every sale made through their own affiliate link. In Clickmax this works both ways: you can affiliate yourself to other people's products through the affiliate marketplace, or open your own affiliate programme so other people sell for you.

      Role required: any workspace member can affiliate themselves and track commissions. Creating and configuring a programme requires a role that can edit products (Owner, Admin or Editor). Plan:

      Selling as an affiliate

      You find products open to affiliation in the affiliate marketplace, request affiliation (approved automatically or manually, depending on what the owner set) and receive your affiliate code and affiliate link. Every sale made through your link earns the commission defined on that product.

      Running your own affiliate programme

      When you enable affiliation on one of your products, you set the affiliate commission (%) and whether new affiliates are approved automatically or need your approval. From there other people promote and sell for you, and you pay commission only on sales that actually close.

      • Products — where affiliation and commission are configured per product.
      • Coproduction commissions — revenue split with production partners, which is different from affiliation.
      • Seller registration — the bank details that let you receive commissions.

      If it didn't work

      • You cannot configure the commission or the programme: check your workspace role in no permission.
      • Commissions do not reach your balance: check your seller registration.
      • An error when saving or opening the area: see the error codes (Portuguese).
