Turn on dark theme
The switch lives in Theme settings, under the Theme block. Each theme shows up as a card with a miniature of the interface. Today the Light and Dark cards are the working ones; the others (Aqua, Moss, Midnight and Sunset) are marked Coming soon and cannot be picked yet. The change applies instantly, with nothing to reload or save.
Where dark theme applies
Across the whole platform. There is no longer a list of converted screens: pick Dark and every screen opens dark — Overview, Getting started, Marketing, Messages, Contacts & Sales, Live chat, Products & Deliverables, Sales & Recovery, Projects, Integrations and Settings, including the Pages, Funnels, Automations, Quizzes, Forms, Webchat, Proposals and Email editors.
On each screen dark applies to the whole screen: filters, search, the project selector, the list/grid switch, pagination, tables, charts, metric cards, each item's action menu (Edit, Duplicate, Delete), the Bulk actions bar, the empty states and the dialogs you open from it.
What stays light on purpose
Some areas do not follow the theme because they show what someone else will see — and that person does not use your theme:
- The rendered email, content previews in Messages and the layout-building area inside the visual email editor: the email opens in the recipient's own mail app, so it has to show the real colors you picked, including the message background. The WhatsApp phone screen follows your theme: in dark it shows WhatsApp in its own dark mode.
- The checkout, banner and course cover previews in Products & Deliverables.
- The live preview of the quiz, the form and the webchat widget in the editors.
- The page thumbnails inside the funnel editor.
- The color of annotations in the funnel and automation editors: the sticky note keeps the color you picked, with dark text, because the color is yours and not the theme's.
- The student portal of a member area, which has its own theme that you configure.
- The webinar room preview inside the editor: the room has its own theme, chosen by you in the webinar setup, and that is what the attendee will see.
Before you start
- Role: none. The theme is your own preference, not a workspace setting — changing yours does not change anyone else's on the team.
- Plan: available on every plan.
How to switch
- Open Theme settings.
- In the Theme block, under System theme, click the Light or Dark card. The chosen card gets a border and a confirmation badge.
- The interface changes immediately.
Cards marked Coming soon do not respond to clicks: they preview the themes being prepared.
Your choice is saved in the browser
The theme is stored in the browser you are using, not on your account. In practice:
- On another computer, in another browser, or on your phone, you start on the light theme until you pick again.
- In a private/incognito window, the platform always opens on the light theme.
- If you clear the site's browsing data, the preference goes back to the light theme.
This is per browser, not per workspace: switching workspace or project keeps the theme you picked.

If it didn't work
- The theme went back to light on its own. You probably signed in from another browser, from a private window, or the site data was cleared — see Your choice is saved in the browser.
- My computer is in dark mode but the platform opens light. The platform does not follow the operating system theme: the choice is always the one you made in Theme settings.
- The preview stays light even though the rest of the screen is dark. That is on purpose: the preview shows what the customer, the student or the recipient will see, and that person does not use your theme. See What stays light on purpose.
- My students' member area did not go dark. The student portal has its own theme, which you configure on the member area styling screens — it does not follow your platform theme.
- The email editor went dark but the message stayed light. That is on purpose: the editor chrome follows your theme and the layout-building area shows the email as the recipient will get it.
- One specific screen opened light. That is no longer expected — dark applies across the platform. Reload the page; if it persists, report it to support.
