A domain is the address where your pages live. Without a connected domain, a funnel can be built and published but have nowhere for a visitor to reach it.

Before you start: adding a custom domain requires a paid plan — on the free plan the option is blocked with an upgrade notice. Domain actions are Owner and Admin level.

    Where they live

The Domains area lists every domain in the workspace, with a status filter at the top:

    StatusWhat it means
ConnectedDNS pointing correctly; already serving pages.
ConnectingConfiguration submitted, waiting for DNS to propagate.
DisconnectedDNS stopped responding, or was changed at the provider.
No projectThe domain is on the account but not yet linked to a project.

Domains used to send email have their own verification status — Verified or not. That is configured in email domain, not here.

    In this section

    • Funnels — each funnel publishes under a domain.
    • Pages — a page can use a different domain from its funnel's default.

    If it didn't work

    • The domain is stuck on Connecting: DNS propagation can take up to 48 hours.
    • The add option is blocked: the free plan does not allow a custom domain.
    • An error when saving: see the error codes (Portuguese).
