  • Social media

The Social media area is under Marketing. You create a post once and send it to several Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube accounts. Each account gets the post at its own time. The area has three screens: Posts, Calendar and Insights.

    Role and availability

    • Seeing the screens needs the View permission of Redes sociais. Saving a post needs Create; scheduling, publishing and changing the time need Edit; deleting needs Delete. Connecting accounts and editing the time-slot queue need Manage — see Roles and permissions.
    • If Social media does not show under Marketing, the area is not on in your workspace. Contact support.
    • YouTube is in beta. It may not show on the accounts screen even when the area is on.

    How the area works

    • One post, several uploads. Each chosen account becomes a separate upload with its own status, time and result. A post can go out on Instagram and fail on Facebook: then the post shows Partly published.
    • Clickmax sends at the set time. The post stays in Clickmax and goes to the network at the chosen time. If the network does not answer, Clickmax tries again on its own before it marks Failed.
    • Clickmax checks the rules first. Media format, number of files and length, caption length and posts per account are checked before scheduling — see Which limits of each network does Clickmax check?.
    • TikTok goes to drafts. On TikTok, the post reaches the account drafts and the account owner publishes it from the app — see Why did my TikTok post go to drafts?.

    The three screens

    • Posts — where the area opens. One post per row, with the media, the caption, the status on each network and the date. Search and filter by status, network, account and period — see How do I find and filter my social media posts?.
    • Calendar — each upload on its day and time, by Month or by Week. Drag a card to change its time.
    • Insights — the results of the posts published in the period: totals, by publishing day, by network, best day and time and top posts — see What does social media Insights show?.

New post is at the top of Posts and Calendar.

    Where the accounts are

Connected accounts are in Settings → Accounts center → Social media, with one screen for each network: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube. On the network screen you connect, reconnect and disconnect accounts and set the time-slot queue of each one. The Messaging group, just above in the menu, has another Instagram: the one for direct messages.
