  • How do I choose which notifications I get in the app and on my phone?

In Settings > Notifications, Preferences tab, every alert has two switches: In app (the bell and history inside Clickmax) and Mobile push (the notification from the Clickmax app installed on your phone). Turn each one on or off independently. Changes apply immediately and only to your user.

    Before you start

    • Role: any workspace user can adjust their own preferences. They do not change what other people receive.
    • Mobile push: only arrives if the Clickmax app is installed and paired with your account (QR code scan under Settings > Connections). Without a paired device the column stays on but nothing is delivered.

    Steps

    1. Open Settings and click Notifications.
    2. In the General section, the All notifications row turns a whole column on or off. With a column off here, no alert goes out through it, even if the alert's own switch is on.
    3. In the Sales & Payments, Pipeline and Platform sections, turn each alert on or off in the column you want.
    4. The Preferences saved message confirms each change. There is no save button.

A greyed-out switch that does not accept clicks means that alert is not delivered on that channel. Hover to see This notification is not delivered on this channel.

    What triggers each alert

Pipeline alerts go to the workspace owner and to the attendants responsible for the opportunity. Nobody else receives them. Opportunity assigned to you and First-contact SLA breached are narrower still: they go only to the card's owner (with no owner, the SLA alert goes to the workspace owner).

Some alerts have no switch of their own and follow only the All notifications row: alerts created by automations (the Notify owner action).

    If it did not work

    • No push on my phone. Check that All notifications is on in the Mobile push column and that the alert is on in that column. Then check under Settings > Connections that the device shows as paired; if not, scan the QR code again from the app.
    • I get the alert in the app but not on my phone (or the other way round). The columns are independent. Turn on the missing column in the alert's row.
    • I turned an alert off and it keeps coming. Make sure you are not looking at a similarly named alert: Pix or boleto generated and Pix expired are separate switches.
    • The In app switch is greyed out for Pix or boleto generated. That is expected: this alert only exists as mobile push.
