      • Connect one automation to triggers on different funnel pages

      A funnel flow node accepts several input triggers at once, including the same trigger coming from different pages — for example PIX Generated on two checkouts firing the same automation. You pick all of them on the same screen, on the flow node itself.

      Role: anyone with access to the funnel in the workspace can edit it.

      Before you start: the flow node must already be linked to an automation, and the source pages must have the triggers you want to use.

      Steps

      1. Open the funnel in the builder.
      2. On the flow node card, click Select trigger. If the flow already has triggers, open the same panel from the lock icon on the connection — it opens as Edit input triggers.
      3. Stay on the Canvas triggers tab. Triggers are grouped by funnel page, so a duplicated page shows up twice, each under its own name.
      4. Check every trigger that should start the automation — including the same trigger under different groups (pages). Each checked one shows a blue check.
      5. Click Save triggers.

      Each checked trigger gets its own connection to the flow node, and the automation runs when any of them happens. To turn off only one source, reopen the panel and uncheck just that one — the others keep working.

      When the trigger has no offer

      If a group shows the warning No offer — fires on any purchase in the account, that page has no offer set. The trigger still works, but it fires for any purchase in your workspace, not only for that page's offer. To narrow it down, set the product/offer on the page before saving the triggers.

      If it didn't work

      • Only one connection shows up after saving: reload the builder. If it is still missing, reopen Edit input triggers and confirm both triggers are checked before Save triggers.
      • The trigger you want is not in the list: it does not exist on the source page, or it is a trigger that does not start automations. Triggers that do not come from a funnel page live on the Other triggers tab.
