      • How do I activate an automation once I've created it?

      1. Fix the issues the automation flags (a step missing a required message, for example).
      2. Click Save to store the draft.
      3. With everything validated, click Activate to put the automation into action.

      While there are validation errors, the Activate button stays locked.

      If it didn't work

      • The Activate button is still locked: go back through the automation, because a step still has something outstanding (see Automations).
      • You need to understand which events start the automation: see the automation triggers.
      • An error when saving or activating: check the error codes.
