      An upsell is a complementary offer, normally of higher value, presented to the customer after they complete the purchase of the main offer. The goal is to raise the average order value by offering a product that extends or improves what they have just bought.

      Unlike the order bump, which appears inside the checkout before payment, the upsell is shown once the purchase is confirmed.
