      • How do I deactivate or reactivate a funnel in Clickmax?

      A deactivated funnel stops receiving visitors: anyone opening the link sees an error page or is redirected. You can reactivate it at any time.

      To deactivate:

      1. Open the funnel in Create → Funnels.
      2. At the top of the funnel, open the options menu.
      3. Click Deactivate funnel.
      4. Confirm with Deactivate funnel.

      The funnel then shows the Deactivated status.

      To reactivate: open the funnel and click Reactivate and Publish.

      Where traffic goes while the funnel is deactivated

      In Funnel Settings → Redirects, the Funnel closed section sets the destination for anyone opening the deactivated funnel. With no destination configured, the visitor sees an error page.

      If it didn't work

      • Can't find the options menu? Check that you have permission to edit funnels in No permission.
      • Page still live after deactivating? Check the domain configured for the funnel.
