      • How do I add a sender email in Clickmax?

      You need a verified email domain before you can add the sender.

      1. Open the email settings in Messaging.
      2. Select the domain you have already verified.
      3. Click Add sender email.
      4. Enter the display name and the email address (on the verified domain).
      5. Confirm to save.

      Once that is done, the sender is available when you send a broadcast and in email automations.

      If it didn't work

      • The domain is not verified yet: check the DNS records in Email domain.
      • The address does not belong to the verified domain: use an email on the same domain.
      • Another error when saving: see Error codes.
