#How does importing and exporting contacts work in Clickmax?

Import: in Contacts, use the import option and upload a CSV file with columns such as name, email, phone and date (in YYYY-MM-DD format). You can apply a tag or add the contacts to a list during the import. Confirm legal compliance (consent) and finish.

Export: in Contacts, use the export to CSV option. The file is generated once processing finishes and becomes available to download.
