      • What is this announcement that shows up when I sign in?

      It is a message from Clickmax — a new feature, an invitation to a live event, a change that affects your account. It opens over the screen as soon as you come in and goes away when you click Close. It is not third-party advertising and it has nothing to do with your account data.

      Each announcement runs for a set period. Once the end date passes it stops showing on its own, even if you never opened it.

      When more than one announcement is live, they take turns in the same panel: every four seconds the next one comes in. Use the arrows or the dots below the text and the automatic rotation stops, so you can move at your own pace.

      Some announcements show only once per account: after you close them, they do not come back. Others are recurring and reappear on every new visit while they are live — event reminders work this way on purpose, so you do not miss the date.

      If you work in more than one account, each has its own count: closing an announcement in one account does not dismiss it in another.

      When an announcement carries an action button, it opens the destination in a new tab — your Clickmax session stays open behind it.

      If it did not work

      • Does the announcement come back every time you sign in? It is a recurring one: it keeps showing until its end date passes.
      • Closed it by accident and want to read it again? If it was a show-once announcement there is no way to reopen it — reach out through the support panel.
      • Not seeing any announcement? Nothing is published for the current period. This is not an error in your account.
