      • How does the withdrawal process work in Clickmax?

      The value of each sale goes into your Clickmax balance and is held for the release period. Once it is released, you can withdraw it to the bank account of the registered seller. The period depends on the payment method — usually shorter for Pix and longer for credit card.

      To be paid, you must have a seller registered with the correct bank details.

      If it didn't work

      • The withdrawal isn't released: check whether the sale's release period is already up, in Sales.
      • You can't withdraw: check that the seller is registered with the correct bank details.
