      Each channel has its own editor and lets you insert variables (such as the contact's name) to personalise the content:

      • SMS and voice: plain text, with contact variables.
      • Email: subject, header and body with buttons and images, sent from your email domain.
      • WhatsApp, Instagram and Telegram: use the connected account; on WhatsApp, messages sent outside the conversation window require approved templates.
