      • "O arquivo excede o tamanho máximo permitido"

      There is no single upload limit in Clickmax: each type of file has its own maximum size, shown beneath the upload field. The values in the table below apply on every plan.

      Role required: most uploads are open to any workspace role. The exception is Seller documents, restricted to the Owner and Finance roles.

      If it didn't work

      • The contact import fails because you have hit your plan's quota, not because of the file size: see contact limit.
      • The upload field for seller documents doesn't appear: your role doesn't have access, see no permission in settings.
      • You got a different error message on upload: see the error codes.
