      • Can I have Clickmax reports sent to my company email?

      Yes. In the account settings you set the destination email address that then receives the automatic performance reports, keeping managers and the team up to date without having to log in to the platform.

      To move data into other systems in real time, use an outgoing webhook rather than email reports.

      If it didn't work

      • The reports never arrived: check the address is correct and look in your spam folder.
      • You need permission to change the settings: see no permission.
