      A neutral page is an intermediate funnel page, shown before the offer page or final destination. It usually carries simple informative content (an article, a notice or an introduction) to warm up traffic and help meet the ad platforms' policies before taking the contact to the sale.

      In Clickmax you create a neutral page like any other funnel page and place it as a step before the checkout or offer page.
