      • How do I set up an external checkout in Clickmax?

      To send the buyer to a checkout on another platform, point a button on your page at that checkout's URL:

      1. In the page editor, select the buy button.
      2. Set the button action to Go to URL.
      3. Paste the external checkout link (Hotmart, Kiwify, Eduzz, etc.).
      4. Save and publish the page.

      If you would rather take the payments inside Clickmax, use the native checkout instead of an external link — in that case, register your seller before you start selling.

      If it didn't work

      • The button doesn't redirect: confirm the action is set to Go to URL and that the page was published after the change — see how to create a page.
      • You want to process the payment in Clickmax rather than on another platform: use the native checkout and complete the seller registration.
      • You need to sync sales from the external platform back into Clickmax: set up the matching integration.
