      • What does the Integrations module do?

      The Integrations module connects Clickmax to external selling platforms, so orders and contacts come into the platform automatically and set off your automations. There is currently native integration with Hotmart, Kiwify, Eduzz, Guru and Hubla.

      Each integration is set up in Integrations and, once connected, the platform's events become automation triggers and activities in the contact's history.

      If it didn't work

      • The platform you use is not on the list: see the available integrations in Integrations, or take the orders in via an inbound webhook.
      • Sales do not come in after connecting: check the integration's setup in Integrations.
      • Errors communicating with the platform: see the error codes.
