      • What is the "One Click Buy" feature in Clickmax?

      One Click Buy lets a customer who has bought before complete a new purchase in a single click, reusing the payment details from the previous transaction instead of entering them again. That reduces friction at the checkout and increases conversion.

      If it didn't work

      • The customer is new, or paid a different way last time: with no previous transaction saved, the one-click button does not appear and the normal checkout is shown.
      • The seller is not set up yet: see seller registration.
      • The payment was declined on the repeat purchase: check the error codes.
