How do I change the platform language?
- In the main menu, open Settings (the gear icon).
- Under My User, click Preferences.
- In the Language block, under System Language, pick one of the options:
- Brazilian Portuguese (PT-BR)
- English (EN)
- Latin American Spanish (ES-419)
The switch is immediate — you do not need to reload the page.
What changes and what does not
Changes: the entire platform interface — menus, buttons, screen titles, error messages and the text inside search fields, including the search box at the top of the screen.
Also changes: the language of the automatic emails Clickmax sends you, such as password recovery, account verification and notices about your products and affiliations. See which language each email uses.
The choice is saved to your account: when you sign in on another browser or device, the platform opens in the language you picked.
Does not change: anything you wrote or registered yourself. Names of funnels, pages, contacts, tags and products, and the content of your emails and messages, stay exactly as you typed them.
If it did not work
- The platform went back to Portuguese. On the sign-in and sign-up screens, before you log in, the choice only applies to the browser tab. Once you are in your account, the platform returns to the saved language.
- You saw "Could not save the email language". The interface already changed, but emails are still in the previous language. Pick the language again.
- You saw "Could not change the language". The language is downloaded at the moment you switch, so the action depends on your connection. Check your internet and try again.
- Some text is still in Portuguese. It may be a snippet that has not been translated yet. Let support know which screen it shows up on.
