      • Which bulk actions can I run on Contacts?

      Select the contacts in the list (or an entire segment) and apply the action to all of them at once:

      • Add or remove tags.
      • Export the selected contacts as CSV.
      • Resend product access.
      • Send messages in bulk by WhatsApp, email or SMS.

      If it didn't work

      • The bulk send option isn't showing: check that a messaging channel is connected under Messages.
      • The WhatsApp send failed or was throttled: see WhatsApp and Telegram.
      • The bulk action isn't available to you: check your permissions.
