      • How do I set up upsell and downsell in Clickmax?

      Upsell and downsell are extra funnel pages, shown after the main checkout depending on whether the contact accepts or declines the offer.

      1. Create the product's main checkout.
      2. Add an upsell page right after the checkout, with the complementary offer.
      3. Link the "I don't want to buy" action (the decline) to a downsell page, with the alternative offer.

      If it didn't work

      • The offer doesn't appear after the purchase: check that the upsell page is linked as the next step after the checkout. See Create a funnel.
      • The downsell doesn't open when the offer is declined: check that the decline action points to the downsell page in Create a funnel page.
