  • What appears in the Dashboard's initial overview?

The Overview brings together your project's sales funnel and its key result metrics on a single screen.

    The contact funnel

The chart shows the journey of contacts created in the period, in 4 stages. Each stage is a subset of the previous one, so the numbers only go down from left to right:

    StageWho it includes
Captured contactsEvery contact created in the period. Contacts merged into another one are not counted.
Engaged contactsOf those, the ones with more than 5 activities.
With purchase intentOf those, the ones who reached the checkout, built a cart, had a payment declined or moved forward in an opportunity.
BuyersOf those, the ones who completed at least one approved purchase.

Hover a band to see that stage's number. Use the project and period filters at the top of the card to narrow the data to a specific project or a window other than the default last 30 days.

    Metrics

Next to the funnel are 3 metrics, each with a 6-month history. They count contacts in the selected period — no matter how the contact came in (form, spreadsheet import, integration or manual entry):

    MetricWhat it counts
Captured contactsEvery contact created in the period. Contacts merged into another one are not counted.
Engaged contactsOf the contacts created in the period, those with more than 5 activities recorded.
BuyersContacts with at least one approved purchase in the period.

Click the arrow on each metric to open the screen with the records behind the number.

The metrics count each measure independently, while the chart's stages are nested. That's why the Buyers card usually shows a higher number than the funnel's last stage: the card counts every contact who bought, the chart only those who also went through the earlier stages.

On a new project the numbers may show as zero until your first activity generates data.

    Resource shortcuts

A row of four cards — Contacts, Products, Funnels and Automations — shows how much of each resource you already have. Products and Funnels also show your plan's limit, as used / limit; when the plan has no limit for that resource, only the number appears. Click any card to open that resource's screen.

These numbers cover the whole workspace and don't change with the project and period filters on the funnel above.

    Affiliate program and Outlier program

Right below the funnel are the banner to become an affiliate and sell Clickmax, and the Outlier program card, which shows your accumulated revenue and how much is left to reach the next level.

The programme's revenue, level and next level are always your account's all-time total, across all projects: the project and period filters don't change those values. Details in Outlier Programme.

    If it didn't work

    • The numbers show as zero: normal on new projects; start creating funnels and taking in contacts to generate data.
    • You don't see the data you expected: check you have access to the right project in Settings, or see other questions.
