      • How do I set up an incoming webhook in Clickmax?

      1. Go to Integrations and click Add integration.
      2. Choose the platform that will send the events.
      3. Select Create incoming webhook and enter the token the platform gives you.
      4. Give the integration a name and save.

      Clickmax then starts receiving the platform's events and triggering automations from them.

      If it didn't work

      • The token is wrong or wasn't copied in full: redo step 3, checking the token on the source platform.
      • Events aren't arriving: check that the platform you chose is one of the supported integrations.
      • Errors when receiving the events: see the error codes.
