      • How do I check active subscriptions in Clickmax?

      In the side menu, open Sales and go to the Subscriptions tab. There you see every active recurring charge, with renewal dates, amounts and status — useful for tracking retention and your base of recurring customers.

      If it didn't work

      • Cannot see the Subscriptions tab? You may be missing a permission on the project — see No permission.
      • No subscription shows up? Confirm the product was sold with a subscription offer (recurring), not a one-off payment.
