      • Create a subscription offer

      Create an offer and set the payment type to Subscription: the buyer is charged on a recurring basis at the frequency you choose. Subscriptions only work for digital products — not for physical ones.

      Requires workspace access: any authenticated member can create offers, with no specific role.

      Before you start

      • The product cannot be physical. The subscription option is disabled for physical products, and the server refuses it if forced.
      • The offer has a minimum amount, stated on the form itself. Below that the server refuses to save.
      • To actually sell, your seller registration must be approved — see seller registration.

      Steps

      1. Open the product and create an offer.
      2. Give the offer a name.
      3. In the payment type, choose Subscription rather than Single Payment.
      4. Fill in the offer amount, respecting the stated minimum.
      5. In the billing recurrence, choose the frequency: Monthly, Quarterly, Semiannual or Annual.
      6. (Optional) Offer a trial period and choose its length — 7, 14, 30, 60, 90 or 180 days.
      7. Create the offer. It is saved and synced to the checkout, and you get the checkout link at the end.

      If it didn't work

      • The subscription option is disabled, or saving fails because subscription offers cannot be physical products → the product is physical; subscriptions are for digital products only.
      • An error saying the instalment is below the minimum → the offer amount leaves each instalment under the floor. Raise the offer amount.
      • A refusal on the minimum price → raise the offer amount.
