  • What does each temperature score number mean on a contact?

The Temperature score is a 0–100 number summarizing how engaged the contact is right now. It comes from four partial scores — Recency, Frequency, Depth and Declaration — plus an adjustment from profile fields. Each one has an (i) next to its name in the contact summary with the same explanation as this page.

    Where to find it

    • Open the contact in CRM → Contacts and look at the Temperature score block at the top of the summary. Click the title to expand or collapse the breakdown.
    • Workspace role: any role that can already see the contact.

    The four scores

Each score runs from 0 to 100 and measures something different. The final score combines all four using the weights of the selected model — which is why two contacts with the same four numbers can end up with different scores under different models.

ScoreWhat it measuresExamples that raise it
RecencyHow recent the last positive interaction isAny interaction today pushes it close to 100; it falls on its own with every quiet day
FrequencyHow many light interactions happened inside the model windowOpening an email, replying to a message, commenting on Instagram, visiting a page
DepthHow deep the contact went into the contentEntering the members area, completing lessons and modules, answering a form or quiz
DeclarationBuying-intent signalsAbandoned cart, PIX or boleto generated, approved purchase, subscription created

Two notes that explain most questions:

    • Recency and Frequency decay over time; Depth and Declaration do not decay inside the window — a PIX from today weighs the same as one from two days ago, but both leave the calculation once the model window moves past them.
    • Negative events pull Declaration down: refunds, chargebacks and subscription cancellations carry a negative weight and do not count as a recent interaction.

    Profile points

This is an adjustment about who the contact is, not what they did. Profile fields selected in the temperature settings (role, revenue and the like) add or subtract points, capped at 30 up or down, applied on top of the four scores.

    Model

The Model shown in the block sets the ruler for the calculation: how many days fit in the window, the weight of each of the four scores, the weight of each channel, and the score thresholds where a contact turns warm or hot. Changing the workspace model changes everyone's score, because the ruler changed — not the contacts.

    Computed

Shows when the score was last recalculated. It is recomputed on every new contact activity and, on top of that, once a day, to apply decay to whoever went quiet.

    When the block is empty

If the contact was never calculated, the block shows Not computed yet. That happens with contacts who had no activity considered by the model since temperature was turned on for the workspace — their first activity triggers the calculation.
