  • What shows on the webinar registration page?

With easy access off, whoever opens the webinar link lands on the registration page first. It is a two-column card: the webinar showcase on the left and the form on the right.

Role: any member with access to the workspace configures what shows; registrants don't need an account.

    The showcase

Everything comes from what is already set up in the webinar. There is no new field to fill in.

    ElementWhere it comes from
Brand logo and nameAppearance → Header. Hidden when the header is off.
Small player coverThe share image: the cover set in Tab title and share preview, otherwise the webinar cover, otherwise the video thumbnail. With none, a play icon in the primary color shows.
Broadcast badgeThe same text and toggle as the Appearance badge.
Host (name, role and photo)The webinar host, when set to show in rooms. Without a host, the presenter. With neither, the player shows the brand name.
DescriptionThe webinar description, up to three lines. On mobile it is hidden so the form moves up.
    Large titleThe webinar's public title.

    The form

    • Email is required.
    • Name and WhatsApp are optional and are marked optional.
    • WhatsApp takes a Brazilian number with area code.
    • Enter the room completes the registration and opens the room.

    Light or dark theme

The page follows the Theme in Appearance. With the webinar set to Dark, registration opens dark too. The button uses the Primary color.

    Good to know

    • On mobile, the showcase shrinks to brand, title and player, with the form right below.
    • With easy access on, there is no registration page: people go straight into the room and identify themselves through the chat.
