How to read the product list?
In the side menu, the Products & Deliverables section lists everything you sell in three screens, directly, with no submenu to open:
Role: the screen is available to anyone with access to Products. Details in Roles and permissions.
What each card shows
Each internal product becomes a card with the main offer image, the name and a line of details:
- Status — the colored dot and name: Active, Draft, Ready to submit, In review, Corrections needed, Rejected, Blocked or Archived. Hover it to see why a product is not active.
- Needs attention — shown when something only you can fix is not told by the status alone: a correction requested in review, a sync failure with the payment provider or, on an active product, a secondary offer that is a draft or rejected. Click it to open the offers and see each warning.
- Product type and category.
- Affiliation — the default commission, only when the affiliate program is on.
- Active offers: X of Y — how many offers are active out of the total. Click it to open the product offers right there: turn them on and off, copy or open the checkout link, see coupons, edit, archive, share or create a new offer.
Below are two numbers:
These numbers follow the same rule as the Sales overall block of the product Dashboard, so both match. The 30-day line splits days by your browser's time zone, the same one used by the Sales today block.
The card ⋮ button goes straight to the product screens (Dashboard, Details, Offers, Custom checkouts, Sales, Coupons and, with affiliation on, Affiliation) and holds Copy ID, Archive and Delete — delete only shows while the product has no sales.
Read the numbers at the top
Above the My products list there are four numbers about your catalog:
- Products — how many products you have.
- Published offers — approved offers, available for sale.
- Offers needing changes — offers that depend on you before they can sell: draft, ready to submit, rejected or with pending corrections.
- Total revenue — the same revenue as the sales dashboard, adding up paid sales.
When you pick a project in the project selector, the four numbers only count that project. Search and filters do not change these numbers: they describe the whole catalog. They do not show on Co-production or Affiliated products.
Sort, view and paginate
The bar above the list follows the same order as Automations, Funnels, Pages and Quiz, from left to right:
- Search product — by product or offer name or code.
- Project and Filters — see Find a product in the list. The number on the Filters button tells how many filters are in use.
- Sorting — Created (newest or oldest), Name (A to Z or Z to A), Sales: Best-selling or Revenue: Highest.
- List, grid or table — on the right. The list is the full card; the grid fits more products per row; the table is the compact view, one row per product. On narrow screens this button is hidden.
Coproduction and Affiliate products only have the search, on the left, and the product count on the right.
In the grid, Active offers opens a summary of the offers on top of the other cards, without changing the grid: name, price, status and the button to copy the checkout link of active offers, plus Create new offer and Edit product. To turn offers on or off, see coupons or use each offer's menu, switch to the list view.
Sorting, view and items per page are saved in your browser. Search and filters are not: leaving the screen restores the full list.
Search, filters and sorting cover all your products, not only the ones on the open page. A page counts products, not offers: a product with five offers takes a single spot. Changing the search, a filter, the sorting, the project or the page size takes the list back to the first page.
With more than 10 products, the footer shows pagination and the Items per page option (10, 20 or 50).
