      • How do I create a dashboard with AI in Analytics?

      In Analytics, click New dashboard and choose Create with AI. Describe what you want to track and Max builds the dashboard: it picks the widgets, organizes them in sections and names it after your goal. You see each widget appear on screen while it works.

      Before you start: you need the Relatórios (Reports) permission to create dashboards and access to Max. See the permissions table.

      Steps

      1. In the main menu, click Analytics.
      2. In the top-right corner, click New dashboard.
      3. Click Create with AI (next to Blank).
      4. In the What do you want to track on this dashboard? box, tell the goal and who will look at it — for example: "I want to track this month's sales — new leads, won deals, revenue and who on the team is closing the most". If you prefer, click one of the Examples to fill in the box.
      5. Click Generate with AI.

      The dashboard is created empty, named New dashboard, and opens on screen with the Max panel beside it. Max adds the widgets one at a time — the first row with the headline numbers and the rest in titled sections — and renames the dashboard at the end. When it finishes, it sums up in the chat what is ready.

      Good to know

      • The description is required: without your goal there is no way to pick the metrics. The more specific the text, the better the widget choice.
      • Wait for Max to finish before editing the dashboard: every widget it adds reloads the dashboard on screen with the saved version.
      • The dashboard starts with the Last 60 days period, like other new dashboards. Adjust the period and filters later, right on the dashboard.
      • Want to change something? Ask Max in the same chat (for example, "switch the revenue chart to lines") or edit the widgets yourself.
      • If Create with AI does not show up, your access to Max may not be enabled. Use a ready-made template or start Blank.
