How do I sync or review a single ad account?
Go to Traffic → Accounts and click View details on the account. The details gather everything that acts on one account: the Sync switch, the Sync now button, Disconnect and, below, the Audit for this account and the Syncs for this account. The Sync button on the accounts list, on the other hand, queues every account with sync on at once.
Before you start
- A workspace role that reaches the Traffic area — see Traffic.
- For Sync now, the account needs the Sync switch on and a status of Connected or Waiting for first sync. With the switch off, or with a status of Authorization expired, No access or Disconnected, the button is disabled.
Step by step
- Go to Traffic and click Accounts.
- Find the account — the search accepts the name or the platform id — and click View details.
- Click Sync now. The Sync queued notice confirms the request is in the queue; nothing has been imported yet.
- Scroll to Syncs for this account: the new row shows up Queued, moves to Running and ends Done or Failed. The screen refreshes on its own while a request is open.
- Once it finishes, Last sync and Imported data at the top reflect the outcome.
Sync now
Queues only this account, without waiting for the daily run and without touching the others. Use it when one specific account is behind, just had its authorization renewed, or failed on the last run.
The request is refused in two situations, and the message says which:
Audit for this account
The numbers from the Audit page, narrowed to this account. Campaigns, days with data, period and spend already appear under Imported data, right above; the rest lives here.

Syncs
Syncs for this account
The same list as the Audit page, for this account only, 20 rows per page. Each block is one request (Manual, Scheduled or On connect), and each row says how it ended for the account. On a Failed or Stuck row, Try again does the same as Sync now.
The meaning of each status is in How do I know my ad data is up to date?.
If it did not work
- Sync now is disabled. Hover the button: the hint says what is missing — turning the Sync switch on or reconnecting the account.
- I clicked and the new row did not show up. The list refreshes on its own within a few seconds. If the notice was a refusal, see the table above.
- The row got Stuck. Click Try again. If it gets stuck again, contact support and send the link of this page — it identifies the account.
- Done, but Imported data did not change. The platform returned no new spend for the synced range. Check the dates in the Result column.
