Where do I see my tasks and appointments together?

Under Contacts & Commercial → Activities. The page shows tasks (call, WhatsApp, meeting, task) and appointments in the same list and on the same calendar. The separate Tasks and Scheduling screens are gone: old links open Activities on the matching view.

    Before you start

    • Role: anyone operating the CRM sees their own activities; Owner, Admin and Editor see the whole team's and can filter by attendant.

    List view

    1. In the CRM menu, open Activities. The List tab opens first.
    2. The list has two sections: Ongoing (open or scheduled tasks and scheduled or confirmed appointments) and Done (resolved or cancelled tasks and completed, cancelled or no-show appointments).
    3. Each row shows date and time, the type icon, the title, the contact or booking page, the attendant and the status. An overdue activity shows its time in red.
    4. Click a task to open its opportunity on the Task tab. Click an appointment to open its edit dialog.

    Calendar view

    1. Click the Calendar tab.
    2. Use Month, Week, Day or Agenda (keys m, w, d, a). Tasks and appointments show up as events with one color per type; an appointment with a booking page uses that page's color.
    3. Drag an event to another time to reschedule it: for a task that changes the deadline; for an appointment, the start and end.
    4. Click an empty slot to create an activity at that time.

The Filters button narrows by type (Call, WhatsApp, Meeting, Task, Appointment), attendant, pipeline, priority, deadline (overdue, today, next 7 days) and outcome. Search looks at the title or subject, notes, contact, opportunity, pipeline and attendant names. The same filters apply to the list and the calendar.

Priority and "no deadline" are task-only: when set, they hide appointments.

    If it didn't work

    • A task without a deadline is missing from the calendar → the calendar only draws what has a date. It is still on the List view, under Ongoing, with "No date".
    • I can't see a colleague's activities → your role sees only your own. Ask an Admin.
    • I opened Scheduling from an old link and landed on Activities → that's expected: Scheduling became the Calendar view of Activities. Booking pages live under CRM settings.
