How do I read the report of a Clickmax Meet meeting?
When a meeting held in a Clickmax Meet room ends, Clickmax generates a report on its own, with a summary, key points, tasks and chapters, built from the transcript of the conversation. There is nothing to record by hand: the report appears a few minutes after the room closes.
Before you start
- The room must have transcription on (the default). Without a transcript there is no report.
- Every Clickmax Meet meeting is recorded, with no option to turn it on or off. Recording starts with the meeting, and every guest is told about it before joining.
- The report is generated by the room's AI agent, when one was chosen, or by the default Clickmax engine.
- With an AI agent in the room, the report and the meeting memory run on the agent's key and use no credits.
- Without an agent, both run on Clickmax and use 100 credits per started hour of meeting — a 1h10 meeting counts as two hours, and the memory is already included in that amount. The price is shown when you create the meeting, before the room exists. Without enough balance, the report is not generated and the page shows Your credit balance doesn't cover the report. Buy credits and generate the report again.
- The amounts can change. What counts is always the number shown on screen before you confirm — see limits and quotas.
Open the report from the Meetings tab
- Open Support and click Meetings.
- Scroll to Past meetings. Each row shows the title, how many people joined, the meeting score and whether there is a recording, a transcript and a summary.
- Use the title search and the period filter to find the conversation.
- Click the row to open the report.
While the report is being generated, the row shows Summary pending. If generation fails, the report page shows the reason and a button to regenerate.
What is on the report page
- Summary — the text of the meeting, the key points, the Tasks each person took on (with the moment they were said) and the Main discussion points. Clicking a moment takes the recording and the transcript to that passage.
- Playbook — the playbook checklist as it ended: what was covered (with who checked it — you or the copilot — and at which minute of the conversation) and what is still open. Below it, how the meeting was run: every copilot suggestion, every item checked, every decision on a card and every note, task or booking from the action kit, in order. Suggestions you ignored show up too.
- Transcript — the whole conversation, with who said what and when, with search and the number of lines.
- Deep analysis — who spoke for how long, who joined late or left early, how long each person kept the microphone muted or the camera off, and the sentiment curve of the conversation over time. When something was not measured in that meeting, the screen says Not measured instead of showing zero.
- Guided training — at the top, a player that reviews the moments where the meeting lost points, with the real clip and what would work better (see how to review the moments where a meeting lost points). Below it, How the conversation was led: speech pace, filler words, non-inclusive terms, questions asked, talk time, active listening and sentiment, each with its target zone and the exact moments that produced the number.
- Recording — the meeting video, with clickable chapters, when the room was recorded. Next to it, the Participants tab lists everyone who was in the room as Host or Guest, with each person's share of the conversation.
- Ask about the meeting — a question box about this conversation ("what did he say about the deadline?"). The answer comes with the transcript passages that support it. Asking does not require an AI agent: on the room agent's key it uses no credits, and on Clickmax it costs 18 credits per question (see Choose who pays before generating).
The meeting score combines talk balance, engagement, sentiment and structure, with the weights visible on hover. It is still being calibrated: use it as a reference, not as a final grade.
When the evaluation shows as a draft
If the evaluation's confidence is low, the score card shows a collapsed Draft. line. Click See why to open the reasons — for example, a very short transcript. Listen to the meeting before using that score in a coaching conversation.
When the score does not show up
If the summary came through but the evaluation did not, the Summary tab shows This meeting's score wasn't generated. in place of the score, with a Regenerate report button. Click it to generate the report again; the page refreshes on its own once it is ready.
Choose who pays before generating
Three report actions are triggered by you, not on their own at the end of the meeting: regenerating the report, asking about the meeting and generating the training narration. When there is more than one way to pay, Clickmax asks before running:
- on the room's AI agent key — the work runs on your key and uses no credits;
- on Clickmax credits — the screen shows how many credits it costs and how much balance you have. Without balance, you can buy credits right there.
When only one way is possible, Clickmax skips the question and shows the cost on the button itself. An option that does not work for that action appears disabled, with the reason.
That is also how a report tied to an agent that no longer exists gets unblocked: a paused or deleted agent stops being an option, but the report can still be generated with credits.
Where else the report appears
When the meeting was booked through the agenda or started from an opportunity, it lands on the contact and opportunity timeline as a single entry, Clickmax Meet meeting, with the length of the conversation in the title.
That entry brings together everything the meeting produced:
- the recording player and Download recording;
- the summary, key points and action items — each action item has a Create task button that turns it into a CRM task with a deadline;
- Open full report, which takes you straight to the report's Summary tab.
The recording and the summary become ready at different moments, so the entry shows up with whichever arrives first and fills in on its own. While only the recording is ready, the entry shows the link to the meeting report. If Clickmax reprocesses the meeting, the existing entry is updated instead of showing up twice.
See the playbook without leaving the agenda
The meeting's detail panel shows the whole report, so you can check it before the next contact without opening the full-screen page. From the CRM menu, open Activities and click the meeting:
- Under Notes, the AI-generated Meeting summary and its key points sit above the field you type in. They are separate blocks: regenerating the report rewrites the summary and never touches what you wrote.
- Below it, the Recording (once ready), the Chapters and the Tasks said in the meeting. Clicking a timestamp jumps the recording to that moment. The Attachment field stays free for the agenda — the recording does not go into it.
- Last, the Playbook checklist: what was covered, by whom, when, and what is still open.
In that same panel, right below Meeting owner, sits Booked by: whoever scheduled the meeting. The two are not always the same person — pre-sales booking for the closer is the common case. When the meeting came from a public link, an automation or a calendar sync, the line reads Not recorded.
Track your progress over time
In Past meetings, click Coaching to open the period dashboard. It shows your averages for the last 7, 30 or 90 days, the trend of each metric, the moments outside the target zone and the list of meetings, sortable by any metric.
- Anyone in the workspace sees the averages and the meeting list of the hosts.
- The moments and the recording passages are only shown to the person themselves, or to workspace admins.
- Target zones can be adjusted by workspace admins, under Settings inside the dashboard.
