How do I open another page without leaving the editor?
Inside the editor, click ☰ at the left of the top bar. The Pages column opens on the left and pushes the editor aside. Click any page in the list to open it in place of the current one.
Role: any member with access to the workspace pages.
Steps
- Open a page in the editor.
- Click ☰, left of the page name, in the top bar.
- To find the page, type part of its name in Search pages.
- Click the page. The open page is highlighted in the list.
The column stays open while you switch pages through it. To close it, click « at the top of the column. The column always starts closed when you enter the editor.
See pages from other projects
The column title shows which pages are listed:
- Pages in this project (default): only pages from the open page's project.
- All pages: pages from every project.
Click the title to switch. The number next to the title is the total of pages in the current view.
Filter by funnel
Below the search, the Funnel filter has three options:
- All funnels (default): no filtering.
- No funnel: only pages that are not in any funnel.
- A specific funnel: only that funnel's pages. The list shows only funnels that have pages, with the count next to each. Type in Search funnels to find a funnel.
A page removed from a funnel, or that was only in a deleted funnel, counts as No funnel. Each page in the list shows, below its name, the funnel it belongs to (or No funnel) and its address.
External pages are not listed, because they don't open in the editor.
Create a page from the column
Click + next to the column title. It opens the same Create page picker as the pages list: blank, with AI or external.
Leave the editor
Click ☰ and then, at the top of the Pages column, Back to Clickmax (or Back to Funnel, if you opened the page from a funnel).
If the page fails to load, the error screen also shows this option in the top-left corner.
If it didn't work
- ☰ is missing: the column is already open; close it with « at its top.
- The column closed by itself: it closes when you open Max, because both use the same space.
- The page you want is not in the list: check the column title (Pages in this project or All pages) and the Funnel filter.
