    A redirect is a short link on your domain that points at any address — a funnel page, a WhatsApp group, a checkout. Useful for ads, social bios and print, where the link needs to be short and permanent while the destination changes.

    Before you start

    Create a redirect

    1. Go to Marketing → Redirects in the side menu. The screen moved out of Settings → Domains; old links to it still open the new location.
    2. Create a new redirect.
    3. Choose the domain, set the short link's path and enter the destination URL.
    4. Save.

    Because the destination is editable, you can change where the link points without republishing an ad that is already live.

    Use the QR Code to take a short link to print, slides or stories: whoever scans it opens the link directly.

    1. In Marketing → Redirects, find the domain or the link.
    2. Click the QR Code icon on its row:
      • on a domain row, the QR Code opens the domain's address;
      • on a link row, the QR Code opens the full link, including its path (for example, yourdomain.com/offer). The same icon is available on the domain's detail page.
    3. In the Link QR Code window, check the address shown under the image and choose:
      • Download PNG to save a high-resolution image;
      • Copy image to paste the QR Code straight into another app.

    Because the QR Code points at the short link rather than the destination, it keeps working when you change the destination URL — there is no need to generate or reprint a new one.

    If it didn't work

    • The short link does not open: confirm the domain shows as Connected in Domains.
    • The destination changed but the link still goes to the old address: browsers cache redirects — test in a private window.
    • Copy image showed an error: some browsers don't allow copying images to the clipboard. Use Download PNG and insert the saved file instead.
