  • English
  • Copilot during a voice call

While you are on a call from the dialer, the Copilot tab shows what is being said and suggests what to say next. It is the same copilot used in Click Meeting meetings and it follows the same pipeline playbook — if you already set up your method for meetings, there is nothing new to configure.

    Before you start

    • Voice calls must be enabled for your user. If you don't see the Call button, talk to support.
    • For the copilot to have context, the opportunity needs a pipeline with a playbook attached — see Use the playbook during a call. Without a playbook it still works, but only with what is said on the call.
    • The call is transcribed for this to work. Let the contact know — see is the contact told the call is being recorded?.

    Follow the conversation

    1. Click Call on a contact or opportunity. The call window opens on the Copilot tab.
    2. As soon as someone speaks, the transcript starts appearing at the bottom, split by speaker: You and Customer.
    3. Suggestions appear at the top, most recent last.

The pipeline playbook sits in the left column the whole time, right next to the copilot — you never switch tabs to follow the method. The transcript and the suggestions keep arriving while you browse the History tab, and they survive minimizing and reopening the window.

    The two kinds of card

CardWhen it appearsWhere it comes from
CueThe moment the customer says a word you registeredThe playbook's keyword triggers
SuggestionA few seconds after the customer stops speakingThe AI model, reading the conversation and the playbook

Cues are the answers you already rehearsed: the customer says "it's expensive" and the text you wrote shows up instantly. Register them in the playbook's Keywords section, under Contacts & Commercial › Settings › Playbooks. The same cue won't repeat for five minutes, so the panel doesn't turn into noise.

Suggestions look at the whole conversation and at the playbook method. Most of the time the copilot stays quiet on purpose — it only speaks when it has something to add.

Ask for help at any time

Click Ask for help to get a suggestion right now, without waiting for the customer to speak. It works even with suggestions muted: the button is you asking explicitly.

The card takes a few seconds to arrive — the copilot is reading the conversation so far.

    Mute automatic suggestions

Click Mute to stop receiving suggestions on their own. The transcript keeps running, Ask for help keeps working and playbook cues keep appearing — what stops is only the card that arrives unasked.

Every call starts with suggestions active: muting applies to the call in progress.

    FAQ

Does the customer see the suggestions? No. The copilot is your screen only.

Why does the transcript get some words wrong? Phone call audio has lower quality than video meeting audio, and proper nouns and figures are the ones that miss most. Use the transcript to follow the conversation, not as a literal record — the recording is there for that.

Why did no suggestion show up? Most turns have nothing worth suggesting, and the copilot prefers silence to a generic card. If nothing shows up during the whole call, check whether the opportunity's pipeline has a playbook attached.
