How to see everything I bought through Clickmax
My account → Purchase history lists every charge your account paid as a buyer: the Clickmax plan, credit packs, add-ons, and also products bought from other sellers through the Clickmax checkout. You can filter it, open the details of any purchase and export everything to CSV.
Before you start: only the workspace owner, admin or finance role can open this screen. If the menu item isn't there, ask whoever administers the account for access.
This screen is about what you bought. If you sell through Clickmax and want to see what was sold, go to Sales.
Open the history
- Click your avatar in the top corner and go to Settings.
- Under My account, click Purchase history — right below Plan, limits and credits.
Shortcut: press Ctrl + K (or ⌘ + K on Mac) and type "purchases".
Read the list
Each row is one charge. A monthly subscription shows up once per month, not once in total — that's why the Charge column marks which rows are recurring.
Declined payment attempts don't appear — no charge was ever made in those.
Filter
The bar above the table has four filters, and they work together:
- Search — offer name or transaction code.
- Period — by default the history shows all time, going back to your first purchase.
- Status — pick one or more payment statuses.
- Sold by — separate what you bought from Clickmax from what you bought from other sellers.
Click Clear filters to go back to the initial state.
See the details of a purchase
Click any row. A side panel opens with:
- amount paid, payment method and installments;
- every item in the order, including additional items bought alongside;
- coupon and discount applied;
- the seller and, when they provide it, their support contact;
- the refund deadline, when the offer has a guarantee;
- the payment timeline, showing each status change with date and time;
- the purchase's identification codes, each with a copy button.
The Identification section shows up to three codes, and they serve different purposes:
- Transaction code — the purchase's code inside Clickmax. It's what support and the seller use to locate the order, and the same one that works in this screen's search.
- Gateway code — the code the payment processor assigned to the charge. Use it when the conversation is about the charge itself: that's the value the processor recognises.
- Subscription code — only shows on recurring purchases (plan, additional feature, or a product with a subscription). It identifies the subscription at the payment processor, not that month's charge.
Need to discuss a purchase with support or with the seller? Copy the transaction code — that's how the purchase is located.
Request a refund
This screen shows the refund deadline, but doesn't file the request. While the window is still open:
- purchase made directly with Clickmax → contact Clickmax support;
- purchase made from another seller → contact the seller, using the contact shown in the details.
Purchases whose offers have no guarantee policy show no deadline at all.
Export to CSV
- Apply whatever filters you want — the file contains the whole filtered selection, not just the rows visible on screen.
- Click Export CSV.
The file downloads as historico-de-compras-<date>.csv and opens straight in Excel, Google Sheets or LibreOffice, with accents and amounts already formatted.
Frequently asked questions
I bought something before creating my account. Does it show up here? Yes, as long as the purchase used the same email address as your Clickmax account.
Why isn't one of my purchases listed? Check that it went through the Clickmax checkout and used your account's email address. Purchases made on other payment platforms are not part of this list.
I bought in different currencies. Can I add it all up? Each row shows the amount in the currency it was charged in, and there's no conversion, so avoid adding up rows in different currencies.
