How do I filter the visitors list?
In Contacts → Visitors, click Filters in the bar above the table. A panel opens right below it, with the field list already open. Build the condition in three parts: field, operator and value. Each filter you add narrows the list further.
Role: any member with access to the workspace CRM.
Steps
- Go to Contacts and click Visitors.
- Click Filters. The panel opens below the bar, with the field list already open and the cursor in the search box.
- Pick the field — you can type to search.
- Pick the operator: is one of or is not one of.
- Pick the value. For project, page and funnel, type to search by name — the list loads more options as you scroll. Select as many as you want.
- To add another filter, click Add filter.
Removing filters
- One filter: click the ✕ at the end of the row.
- All at once: click Clear filters, next to the Filters button.
While any filter is applied, the Filters button stays blue and shows how many there are, even with the panel closed. Closing the panel removes nothing: the filters stay in effect.
Available fields
Asking about what someone did not do
That is what the is not one of operator is for. Page is not one of Thank you shows everyone who went through your site without reaching the thank-you page — the people who dropped off before the end.
People who never saw any page also show up in that filter: the question is "did not go through those", and someone who went through none satisfies it.
How filters combine
Filters on different fields add up: Channel is one of Instagram plus Contact is No contact shows people who came from Instagram and have not identified themselves yet.
Selecting several values in the same filter is an or: Page is one of Sales, Thank you brings anyone who saw either one — not only those who saw both.
Two filters on the same field with the same operator merge into one. The positive and the negative form of the same field, however, live together: Page is one of Sales plus Page is not one of Thank you shows people who saw the sales page and never reached the thank-you page.
In the Contact field, which accepts a single choice, the last filter you set wins.
A row with no value yet filters nothing: it only takes effect once you pick the value.
The ID and IP search stays outside
The Search by visitor ID or IP box stays in the bar, separate. It accepts the ID shown in the first column (the vis_ one, whole or just the beginning) or an exact IP address, and works alongside the filters.
The "Direct" channel includes people with no recorded visit
A visitor with no complete recorded visit counts as Direct — that is how the Channel column reads it and how the filter reads it, in both directions. They show up under Channel is one of Direct and still show up under Channel is not one of Instagram.
