  • How to see metrics for every contact your filter matched

Open specialist mode in Contacts, build your filter, then click Analisar (Analyze). You pick which metrics you want, and the panel that opens on the right summarizes every contact matching the filter — not only the rows already loaded in the spreadsheet. The title states the size of the selection: "Análise · 56.256 contatos filtrados".

    Before you start

    • A workspace role with CRM access. The guest and attendant roles (without the coordinator subrole) can open the analysis but cannot save the filter as a segment.
    • The panel does not depend on scrolling: the numbers are the same whether 50 or 50,000 contacts are loaded.

    Step by step

    1. Go to Contacts and click Modo especialista (Specialist mode).
    2. Click Filtros (Filters) and build the conditions for your selection (for example: origin, tag, creation date). You can also click Carregar segmento (Load segment) to bring in a saved filter.
    3. Check the counter in the top bar — it shows how many contacts are loaded and how many match the filter in total.
    4. Click Analisar. The Montar análise (Build analysis) dialog opens with the metric catalog.
    5. Tick the metrics you want. Use the left menu to filter by category, the search box to find one by name, and Marcar todas (Select all) to take everything currently listed.
    6. Click Ver análise (View analysis). The panel opens on the right and fills one block at a time.

The first time, a starter set of metrics comes pre-selected — just click Ver análise to begin. Your selection is saved in this browser for next time; Restaurar sugestão (Restore suggestion) goes back to the starter set.

To change the metrics while the panel is open, click Editar métricas (Edit metrics) at the top of it.

    What each category offers

The catalog has 24 metrics across five categories. Each panel block loads separately and has its own empty state — "Nenhuma compra neste recorte" (No purchases in this selection) instead of an unexplained R$ 0.00.

    CategoryMetrics
Vendas (Sales)Paid LTV, gross revenue, lost value, average ticket, number of purchases, distinct products, contacts who purchased, and most purchased products
Distribuição (Distribution)Distribution chart by the dimension you pick, and the LTV of each value of that dimension
Contatos (Contacts)Breakdown by status, temperature, origin and sub-origin; most frequent tags; creation over time
Oportunidades (Opportunities)Open, won and lost; total and average value; loss reasons; breakdown by stage and by owner
Mensageria (Messaging)Delivery and engagement (sent, delivered, opened, clicked, failed), the same funnel per channel, and opt-in per channel

A category with no metric ticked does not appear in the panel — and is not calculated. Ticking only what you need makes the analysis faster.

    Change the chart dimension

The Distribuição block opens grouped by origin. Use the selector next to the title to change the grouping — it has a search box, handy when the workspace has many fields. Only that chart reloads; the other blocks stay as they are.

    The selector has two sections:

    • Campos padrão (standard fields) — origin, sub-origin, state and city.
    • Campos customizados (custom fields) — your workspace's contact fields of type text, single choice or multiple choice. Number, date and yes/no fields are not offered: they would render one group per contact, or just two bars.

The icon on the left of each option tells you the field type — text, long text, single choice, picker or multiple choice — which helps you predict how the chart will read before you pick it.

When you group by a multiple choice field, a contact lands in every option it has — so the bars add up to more than the size of the selection. The panel says so below the chart.

The breakdown by status and by temperature lives in the Contatos block, right below.

Why the numbers change when you change the filter

The panel describes the filter, not the screen. Change a condition and every block recalculates over the new selection. Selecting rows in the spreadsheet does not change the analysis: selection drives the bulk actions (apply tag, create list, change owner), while the analysis always speaks for the whole filter.

To analyze a fixed group of contacts instead, save the selection with Salvar como segmento (Save as segment) or Criar lista (Create list) and come back to it later.

If a block fails to load

A failing block shows "Não foi possível calcular este bloco. Tente reabrir a análise." (Could not calculate this block. Try reopening the analysis.) Close the panel and click Analisar again. If it persists, narrow the filter (fewer conditions, smaller selection) and try once more.
