      • Where are the options of an automation block?

      In the top-right corner of every block, on the same line as the type name (WhatsApp, Conditional, Timer…), there are two buttons: the star asks MegaBrain about that block, and the three-dot menu (⋮) opens the block options — Duplicate block and Delete block. Both are always visible; you do not need to hover to find them.

      Role: any member with edit access to the workspace.

      Before you start

      • An automation open for editing. In a view-only automation (active, or managed by another feature) the editing buttons do not appear.

      Duplicate a block

      1. Click the ⋮ in the block's top-right corner.
      2. Choose Duplicate block.

      The copy appears next to the original with the same configuration and no connections — connect another block's output to it when you want to use it.

      Delete a block

      1. Click the ⋮ in the block's top-right corner.
      2. Choose Delete block (the last option, in red).

      The block leaves the canvas immediately, along with the connections coming in and going out of it. There is no confirmation: if you deleted it by mistake, create the block again from the next-step menu.

      The trigger block never leaves the canvas

      Every automation needs the Automation begins when… block, so it has no "Delete block" in the sense of removing the card. Once the trigger is configured, its menu offers Delete, which asks for confirmation and clears the configuration — the block stays there, empty, waiting for a new trigger.

      Ask MegaBrain about a block

      Click the star next to the ⋮. The block becomes selected and the Max panel opens already knowing which block you mean — ask what it does, why it did not fire, or how to configure it.
