  • Export the board's opportunities to CSV

The Export CSV item, inside the gear icon menu at the top of the board, generates a file with the pipeline's opportunities: title, stage, status, value, responsible, the contact's name, email and phone, tags, products and the opportunity custom fields. The export runs in the background and the file becomes available on the Bulk actions page, the same one used by the contacts export.

    Before you start

    • Role: owner, admin, editor and viewer can export. An attendant only exports as a coordinator; guests cannot export. Whoever sees only their own opportunities on the board exports only those. Check what each role reaches in the permissions table.
    • Sensitive data: the contact's email and phone are exported as plain text. The assistant warns you when those columns are checked.

    Export what is on screen

    1. Open the pipeline under Contacts › Opportunities.
    2. If you want a cut, use the search, the status tab (Open, Won, Lost or All) and the Filter. The file matches exactly what the board shows.
    3. At the top of the board, click the gear icon (to the left of Create opportunity) and choose Export CSV.
    4. Under Export summary, choose the scope:
      • in the current view — everything matching the search, filters and status tab;
      • in the whole pipeline — every opportunity, no filters, including won and lost.
    5. Choose the columns. The Custom, Full backup, Opportunity contacts and BI / Analytics presets build a ready-made selection; check, uncheck or drag the rows to change the order in the file. The list scrolls to the end, where the custom fields are.
    6. If you want a heads-up, check Email me when it is done and confirm the address.
    7. Click Export.

The export shows in the corner of the screen while it runs. When it finishes, open Bulk actions and click the task to Preview or download the oportunidades.csv file.

    Export only some cards

    1. On the board toolbar, open the gear icon and click Enable bulk actions (any stage's menu has the same item).
    2. Check the cards you want to export, or check the box in a stage header to take the whole column with the current filters.
    3. In the bar that appears at the bottom, click Export CSV.
    4. Choose the columns and click Export.

With cards checked, the scope is locked to the selection. When you select a whole column, the assistant still offers in the whole pipeline in case you want to widen it.

    What each column carries

Custom fieldsOne per column, with the field name as header. Only opportunity fields are included; contact fields are left out.

An empty cell comes out as -.

    If it did not work

    • Can't see the Export CSV item in the gear menu? Your role cannot export. Ask an admin or a coordinator.
    • Exported fewer opportunities than expected? Check the status tab and the active filters before exporting, or pick in the whole pipeline. Whoever sees only their own opportunities also exports only those.
    • The file did not arrive by email? The link is also on Bulk actions; open the task there to download it.
    • A custom field did not show up? Scroll the column list to the end — custom fields come after the standard ones. It also has to be an opportunity field and be active.
