      • Integrate Kiwify

      Create the integration in Clickmax, copy the generated URL and register it as a webhook in Kiwify. On every order, Kiwify sends the data to Clickmax, which creates the contact (marked as a customer when the sale is paid) and records the external sale.

      Before you start

      • You need access to create integrations in the workspace.
      • Sign-in to your Kiwify account with access to its webhook settings.

      Step by step

      1. In Kiwify, open the apps section, select webhooks and create one.
      2. Copy the token Kiwify shows and paste it into the token field in Clickmax. That token validates the signature of every request — if it does not match, Clickmax refuses the delivery.
      3. In Clickmax, give the integration a name and set its status.
      4. Create the integration. Clickmax generates the webhook URL.
      5. In Kiwify, set a name and configure which products and which events to send.
      6. Paste the Clickmax URL into Kiwify's URL field and test the webhook.
      7. Finish the integration in Clickmax.

      Every paid order arrives as an external sale and the contact receives the kiwify tag.

      If it didn't work

      • Nothing arrives and Kiwify shows an authentication error: the token you pasted does not match the request signature — redo step 2.
      • The contact does not appear: Clickmax only creates the contact when the order carries the buyer's email.
